What’s the best tool to use to make the opening in the 3D printed part for the blind rod bigger? I obviously don’t want to round it off ruining the part.

I used a Nicholson Triangular taper file in the appropriate size to widen mine. I only had to pull 4 or 5 times across each face to get the clearance needed. I realize that the files are made for metal but they worked just fine on the 3D printed plastic part with no clogging for the light amount of material removed.
