Can't Install Openhabian on Pine64+

#1

I’m trying to install openhabian on pine64+ but couldn’t get through. Here is the screenshot of the first boot from putty.

Please help.

I set up my pine64 with Armbian and installed the openhab2 package. I chose to do it that way so I could have a 7" LCD panel on it that can run HabPanel and double as a wall mounted control panel. Not quite as thin as a tablet, but it works.

Hi,
Depending on what pine64 SBC you have and required Operating Systems will greatly determine if Openhabian will run on that Linux. Did someone give you assistance yet?

If not you need to qualify your hardware options on OS’s that can run on that device and versions. then read Openhabian and it’s OS requirements. If they match, Openhabian Forum would be the place to find knowledgeable people that may already have a written code fix you just add to your software.

I Run RockPro64 as my server. But new to MK-Smarthouse and his products. I will start setup on Linux within 6 weeks from now hopefully.

There are some good items here. His videos have given me additional application ideas for the home that many will have an interest in.

I have hardware to support making house electronic fortress. (Closing on new house now.)
His components added is what is missing. Plus adding new application ideas.

Regards,

Alton

What else are your running? Security Camera system? 10gb with Cat6A to avoid traffic problems on data in network?
Most do not realize a new SSD drive at full throughput can clog 1gb network (example: writing large files/data to your NAS.)
