I’ve updated my devices to V4 and I’m trying to reset the settings so I can change the Blinds speed from Fast to Slow, but th browser keeps asking me for my username and password (which I enter correctly). So I cannot update the firmware, reset the device or connect to know what is my device linked to the IP.
Can anyone help?
