Zip failed to store a backup

#1

Hi guys, i have been trying to make a backup but it just keeps on failing. need help!!
PS: i am using a 32gb sd card for the raspberry to run openhabian
but i am using a 16gb usb driver for the backup as it is the only one i have.
I have installed FUSE exfat 1.1.0
And during the installation, everything was going ok, just like shown in the Windows video. so i don’t really get it

Using ‘/etc/openhab2’ as conf folder…
Using ‘/var/lib/openhab2’ as userdata folder…
Using ‘/usr/share/openhab2/runtime’ as runtime folder…
Writing to ‘/mnt/OHBackupDrive/OHRunBackup06-05-2018_10-11-10.zip’…
Making Temporary Directory
Copying configuration to temporary folder…
Removing unnecessary files…
Backup Directory is inside userdata, not including in this backup!
Zipping folder…
zip I/O error: Input/output error
zip error: Could not create output file (/mnt/OHBackupDrive/OHRunBackup06-05-2018_10-11-10.zip)
zip failed to store a backup.

think i know why, i change the name of the driver from OHBackup1 and also added the number 1 to the file i downloaded on the site.
I did this becauise the first time, there were a problem with the file i created using
mkdir /mnt/OHBackupDrive how do i erase that file to create a new one
