Hello all! I placed an order for pre-assembled blind controllers a week ago but never got any response except the initial order confirmation. I have sent an email to contact@mksmarthouse and also a message via https://www.mksmarthouse.com/pages/contact-us
I understand that it this is a one person company, but would have expected some kind of response by this time. I am a bit concerned due to the fact that https://www.instagram.com/mksmarthouse/ mentions a going out of business of smarthousesociety but hope if mksmarthouse was also going out of business they would take down their store front. I also have not seen any posts (website or social media) by Mateusz since December.
So at this point I am wondering if anyone else has had any kind of contact with mksmarthouse/Mateusz recently.
